A member of the Print Club of Rochester, Tarrant Clements also sculpts and paints, and has been a full-time studio artist since 1976. Most of her work is untitled, leaving the viewer the freedom to respond to the work independent of verbal or literary associations.

Untitled is a limited edition serigraph in five colors on handmade rag paper.

Serigraphy, often called silkscreening, is a stencil process where the image is applied to a fine mesh screen positioned above a sheet of paper. Non-image areas are blocked out. When the print is being made, ink is forced through the open areas of the porous screen with a rubber squeegee and deposited on the paper. Typically seen with the naked eye is the heavy layer of ink that sits on top of the paper, and, under magnification, the tiny grid lines of the mesh.
